ftpd's dmenu build

Patches applied

These patches from suckless.org were applied from the newest versions, in order:

  1. dmenu-border-20201112-1a13d04.diff
  2. dmenu-center-20200111-8cd37e1.diff

Fix color emoji

Delete the following from drw.c:
